Yes, our range of rendering and plastering machines are more than capable of handling large-scale projects efficiently.
  • What training do I need to operate a rendering machine?
If you’re going to operate a spray render machine or screed machine, you’re going to need some form of training to familiarise yourself with how it’s handled. We offer full training at our headquarters in Cheltenham. Simply enquire with our team to learn more.
  • Can rendering machines be rented or leased for short-term projects?

Rendering Machine Overview

At P1 Plastering Superstore, we offer a range of rendering and plastering machines to help support your project. Our team are always on hand for advice, or you’re welcome to visit our Cheltenham plastering store to browse a wide range of products. If you’re based in Gloucestershire and looking for render machines near me, check out our Cheltenham machine showroom.

Our variety of machines are an exciting way to work in the plastering world. From screed machines to airless plastering machines, we offer a wide range to support the efficiency of your projects.

How do Rendering Machines Work?

Each render machine is different. The most common will consist of a hopper or container, designed to house your rendering material. A pump system then transports this through the machine, and a nozzle or spray gun is used to create that fresh finish we all know and love.

The precision and pressure control these machines offer ensures you achieve uniform coverage, even on the most complex substrates.

Choosing Your Plastering Machine

If you’re struggling to decide on the best machine for the job, don’t sweat it! That’s what our plastering experts are here for.

We’ll help you to choose the perfect plastering machine, based purely on your working needs. With our extensive knowledge and expertise, you know you’re in safe hands. Our technicians are well-accustomed to working with these machines and offer fantastic training sessions after the purchase of your new partner.

Working With a Strict Budget?

Not every job requires a rendering machine, so we understand if you’re trying to weigh up the investment. That’s why our machines are available to hire, removing any upfront costs and providing support as and when you need it.

Types of Rendering Machines

Our rendering machines vary, with top brand models from the likes of Putzmeister, m-tec, Kosner and EZE. The machine you go for will depend completely on your needs as an individual. A few popular options include:

Electric Rendering Machines

Known for their consistent performance and ease of use, electric rendering machines are ideal for smaller projects or locations with limited space. Thanks to their lightweight and portable nature, they offer versatility and flexibility for plasterers across Europe.

Key Features

  • Electric motor for consistent performance
  • Lightweight and portable design for easy manoeuvring
  • Adjustable settings for different rendering materials and textures

Diesel Rendering Machines

For areas where electricity may be limited, we recommend diesel rendering machines. Along with their reliability, they’re typically made with a high-capacity hopper that allows for extended use without frequent refills.

Key Features

  • Diesel engine for reliable operation in remote locations
  • High capacity hopper for extending working hours without frequent refills

Kosner Rendering Machines

Kosner offers a wider range of professional equipment. They value the simplicity of a family business, on a human scale. Their spraying machines feature advanced pumping systems that ensure precise material application and minimal wastage, with user-friendly controls for your convenience.

Key Features

  • Advanced pumping systems for precise material application and minimal wastage
  • User-friendly controls for operation ease
  • Developed through methods and values according to Euromair

M-tec Rendering Machines

With deep industry roots, M-tec knows what’s needed from a rendering machine and develops this in every product. Their innovative technology works with both fine-grained and dry bulk materials, creating a high quality finish with minimal effort.

Key Features

  • Integrated compressor for efficient spraying
  • Advanced pumping system for smooth and consistent material flow

Fun fact: Did you know M-tec worked with our very own Managing Director, Andrew Hill, to develop the popular M200 machine?

EZE Rendering Machines

EZE rendering machines are characterised by their ergonomic designs, making them easy to manoeuvre. With the latest spray gun designs, you can also experience quick-release components to maximise productivity.

Key Features

  • Ergonomic design for enhanced manoeuvring
  • Developed spray gun design

Putzmeister Rendering Machines

Putzmeister provides solutions for pumping, mixing and transporting all types of materials. With each machine, technology has been developed to test the conventional ways of thinking to deliver unbeatable solutions.

Key Features

  • Industry-leading technology for superior performance
  • Solutions for all types of materials

Machine Parts

Alongside our plastering and rendering machines, we stock a full range of spare parts. We also provide an excellent after-care service on the machines that you won’t find elsewhere. This, along with next day delivery on all parts as standard, means you’re never unable to work.

We also offer the hire of our machines, should you only need them for a short period of time. This is also a great solution if you’d like to trial them in your work environment before committing to the full purchase.

Rendering Machine Applications

We’ve been supplying rendering machines to construction workers across the UK and Europe for many years. We always partner our machines with our clients perfectly, taking into account all your needs:

  • External Walls and Facades

The most common use of rendering machines is for external rendering on walls or various facades, promising speed and precision every time.

  • Interior Design

Some smaller plastering machines are used for internal walls to refine the process of applying render or stucco finishes.

  • Landscaping

We love seeing how our customers use our range of machines to upgrade features within landscape designs, from walls to gardening features.

Benefits of Rendering Machines

There are many reasons our customers love our range of rendering machines. Here are some benefits you might be missing out on without one:

  • Time-Saving

Plastering machines are used to automate the job. This not only reduces the effort of labour, but also speeds up project completion, so you have more time on your hands for more projects.

  • Precision

With a machine, you’re more likely to ensure you deliver uniform coverage and consistent finishes, even on more complex surfaces.

  • Versatility

At P1 Plastering Superstore, we offer a variety of machines to suit your needs. This means we have options for various rendering materials and textures, providing flexibility so you can expand your service portfolio.

  • Cost-Efficiency

We offer rendering machines for hire. For many, especially those who don’t require a machine that often, this can be a cost-effective solution, rather than paying a large, upfront cost for a machine that gets little use.

Our Rendering Advice

We’re the plasterer’s one stop shop. That means we supply everything you need to complete the project. Whether you need a rendering machine for sale or render to go with your purchase, we have everything you need.

Don’t forget, our experienced team is always at the end of the phone should you need more advice, recommendations or specifications. No project is too complex – whether you’re looking for a compact electric renderer for small-scale projects or a high-capacity diesel machine for a larger construction, we’ve got you covered.

We’re able to provide training for each machine, giving you peace of mind and helping you level up your skill set.
