Delivery Overview
We offer several delivery options tailored to the type, size, and weight of the products you order. These are calculated based on item type, delivery method, postcode, and courier rules.
Please note:
- You may be charged for multiple delivery types in one order. For example, ordering a tool and a bag of render will result in separate courier charges.
- Your most accurate delivery cost will be calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.
- In some cases, additional charges may apply. We will contact you if this happens. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
- Cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.

Delivery Pricing
The below includes pricing for Mainland UK. For non-mainland rates, please add items to your basket, enter your postcode at checkout and you’ll be quoted an accurate rate for the order. All rates below are ex VAT.

Pallet Delivery Details
- Kerbside Only: Delivery is kerbside. Drivers will unload but not move products beyond the kerb.
- Weight Restrictions: Each pallet can carry up to 1050kg. Exceeding this may incur additional pallet charges.
- Mixed Orders: We will consolidate products into fewer pallets where possible. Your basket will provide an estimate of pallet usage.
Delivery Restrictions & Exceptions
- Postcode Restrictions: Some areas (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may incur higher charges or have longer lead times.
- Delivery Accuracy: We aim to meet all delivery timelines but cannot guarantee them. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries; however, we will work with you at our discretion to resolve any issues.
- Communication: We and our courier partners will keep you updated about expected delivery times or delays.
Free Delivery on Tools
We offer free delivery on tools when you spend over £100 excluding VAT on tool products. This offer will deduct only the delivery cost associated with tools and does not apply to other delivery methods (e.g., pallet or long length services).
Click & Collect
- Available on all products.
- Collect from: Cheltenham Showroom
- To collect, select “Click & Collect” at checkout.
- Please allow at least 1 hour after order confirmation before collecting.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Additional Information
- All deliveries require someone to be present to accept the delivery.
- Failed deliveries due to no one being available may incur a redelivery charge.
- Any damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
