Types of Kosner Render Machines

Kosner’s plastering sprayer and compressor machine systems are all available to purchase or hire from P1. Some of their most popular options include:

Kosner MK140 & MX22 Air Compressor

The MK140 offers an impressive spray plaster output of 24kg per minute. The conveying/spray machine is popular for the quick application of basecoats onto EWI systems and render boards. It’s important to note, however, that this machine is not designed to mix materials.

Kosner MK20 & EZE DT Air Compressor

The Kosner MK20 has a lightweight design for enhanced portability, making it a plasterer’s favourite. This compressor machine has been built for site mobility, speed of work and exceptional application of thin coat render onto a variety of substrates.

Kosner MK20 240V & MX18 Air Compressor

This thin coat render machine is available in two options:

• 240V – This machine is known as the “domestic” edition due to the convenience it offers as it can be directly plugged into and powered by mains.
• 100V – If your project is more restrictive, we recommend the 100V version. This machine includes a transformer to cover all applications.
