- Keep the Compressor Clean
The onboard compressor on the M-tec M200 is a key feature, but it can get clogged if not maintained properly. Regularly clear the air intake filters to prevent debris from affecting the air supply, ensuring a steady, consistent pressure for spraying. This is especially important when working with fine renders or materials that can easily block the airflow.
- Don't Overload the Pump Mixing Shaft
While the pump mixing shaft is designed to handle large volumes of material, overloading it with too much render at once can lead to uneven mixing and potential blockages. Keep the material levels consistent, and allow the machine to fully process each batch before adding more plaster to the hopper.
- Regularly Check the Pressure Flange
The pressure flange ensures the correct flow and pressure of the material, so it’s important to check it regularly for any signs of wear or blockages. A clean and properly adjusted flange ensures smooth, consistent spraying. Make sure it’s securely attached and check for any leaks that might affect pressure.
