The Alfra Mixing Paddle is engineered for powerful, efficient mixing of construction materials. With a 160mm base diameter and standard M14 thread, it fits most professional grade mixing drills and delivers reliable performance on-site or in the workshop.
This paddle comes in two variants, each suited to specific material types and mixing requirements:
Positive (Right-Hand Mix)
Mixes from top to bottom – This motion pushes the material downward, reducing air bubbles and creating a denser, more compact mix.
Ideal for heavier, high-viscosity materials, such as:
- Tile adhesive
- Floor screed
- Cementitious compounds
- Ready-mixed concrete
- Grout
- Heavy mortars/Renders, Plasters
Negative (Left-Hand Mix)
Mixes from bottom to top – This lifts the material upward, introducing more air and creating a lighter mix.
Ideal for lighter or more fluid materials, including:
- Paints
- Primers
- Thin-coat render
- Liquid screeds
- Self-levelling compounds
- Lightweight Plasters or Fillers
