General Information

P1 General Purpose Render is a pre-mixed ready-to-use
mortar composed of a selected blend of cement, lime
and fine aggregates for laying all types of bricks and
blocks and for general rendering works above the DPC.

Applications

The P1 General Purpose Render can be used as a rendering
basecoat that can receive a range of topcoat decorative
finishes to locations classified as either Sheltered or
Moderate as defined in the NHBC Chapter 6.1.14 Mortar
section. It is also suitable for laying bricks and blocks.

Storage

This product must be stored in unopened bags clear of the
ground in cool, dry conditions and protected from wind, rain and
external physical damage. If stored correctly, as detailed above
and used within the declared shelf life on the bag, the activity of
the reducing agent should be maintained and this product should
contain, when mixed with water, no more than 0.0002% (2ppm)
soluble chromium (VI) of the total dry weight of the cement.
