Overview

Kosner MK140 & MX22 Air Compressor – High Output conveying Machine.

Whilst still having the ability to spray Thin-coat Renders, the MK140 is a machine designed for the application of Basecoats – acting purely as a conveying/spraying machine. This unit does not mix the material. It is the perfect partner for the application of basecoats on EWI Systems and Render boards and its optimal usage would be on thinner basecoats such as these.

Again, this is a compact yet high performing machine with a fantastic output of 24kg of material, per minute! The higher powered motor also provides a greater output and pumping distance, yet doesn’t allow as much control for thin-coat Renders.

Technical characteristics :

  • Pump flow rate until 24 kg/min (depending on material viscosity).
  • Tank capcity : 62 L (± 104 kg of coat).
  • Alimentation 240V for machine, 230V for compressor.
  • Machine weight : 44 kg.

Delivered with :

  • Air + product hoses 15 m, ø 3/4″.
  • Case with 1 Spray gun with Autoshut off, 2 nozzles, cleaning tool
