Overview

Perfect for cleaning boots, general purpose storage, horse and pony feeds or mixing building materials on site, this large, shallow tub is a good allrounder.

Tough and amazingly resilient, this shallow-sided tub has always been a huge favourite.

Our Gorilla Tub® Large Shallow, capable of handling 35 litres, combines the best of both worlds – ease of access and substantial capacity.

Built with the user in mind, it features easy grip, ‘golf ball’ handles for safer handling and transport, flexible, ribbed sides that adapt to different materials and chamfered edges making scooping and pouring a bit easier.
This plastic tub is also 100% weather resistant, with no adverse reaction to either UV rays or frost. That makes it useable indoors and outdoors across the year.

Manufactured from a *food-grade LDPE, low-density polyethylene, which is non-toxic and pet safe, it is regularly used for preparing feeds and for administering supplements.

As with other products in the range, this tub is exclusively manufactured in the UK for Red Gorilla®, and measures height: 16cm x diameter: 57cm. It weighs: 1300g.

All our tubs are BPA free *excluding Black, Green and Yellow.

1. Why is a shallow-sided bucket often preferred?
A shallow-sided bucket very often helps with access in comparison to a high-edged bucket. For this reason, they are often used for mixing materials, washing tools, feeding animals and other similar jobs.

2. Who makes the Gorilla Tub® Large Shallow?
Red Gorilla® exclusively make this. You can tell if its an original, as it will have a Red Gorilla® sticker on it.

3. Is a shallow-sided tub good for building sites?
Yes. Many plasterers and builders use a shallow-sided bucket as they find it easier to lean over and manage when prepping materials, so they can see and control the consistency of their mix.
The Gorilla Tub® also has flexible sides, so it allows ‘shaping’ near floors and walls.

4. Is the Gorilla Tub® Large Shallow food-grade?
Yes. That’s a key reason it’s used for feeding animals, horses and ponies and other livestock.
The equine market prefers this type of tub for feeding and watering animals, as it provides easier access for animals.
